B65-659 MORTISE GAUGE. W. Marples & Sons IOB. Ultimatum style gauge with 6-1/2" brass stem, oval rosewood head with brass plate and complete decal. The tool is in mint condition, box is worn but intact with complete label. It has "No. 2140" written in pencil, not sure if this is a serial or model number. We've seen plenty of Marples mortise gauges but this is the first one we've had in the box, or in this type of condition. Fine 200-400
