B65-455 IVORY ARCHITECT'S RULE. Thomas H.F. Warren No. 76. Six-fold, two foot, with German silver caliper and hinges. Unlike most architect rules, with either one or two beveled interiors, this one has three, with different scales on each. It also has tables on the back for determining the weight of iron and copper. The name of Warren, with 76 Cheapside, London, is engraved around the hinge and also etched along the edge. He is not listed in Rees and we couldn't find any other information about him. Straight and tight, only very lightly yellowed, with all its pins. A most uncommon rule. Fine 400-800
