B61-6 BLOCK PLANE. Stanley No. 110 Shoe Buckle. The body is Type 1 with flared sides, but the adjustment knob is knurled rather than spoked as in a Type 2. Another example of Stanley mixing parts with no concern for the sensibilities of future collectors. Unmarked cutter with pitting, Japanning about 50%. Knob appears original. A nice early one. Good+ 200-400
