B61-2 SCRUB PLANE. Stanley No. 40. Uncommon fully japanned version with rosewood knob and tote. Notched rectangle mark on cutter. Unlike most scrub planes, this is in nice condition with complete japanning, perfect wood and rust-free cutter. If you need a No. 40 in your collection but recoil in horror from the typical condition, this is the plane for you. Fine 100-200
