B-566 BILL POSTER HAMMER. Robertson Patent. Patented in 1902 by Arthur Robertson of Somerville, MA, and described simply as a magnetic tack hammer, these were marketed as being particularly well suited for posting handbills in hard to reach locations. Sold in multiple parts that could be screwed together, this is an example of the two-part version in nice clean condition, has both of its original marked clips.Fine 60-12 NOTE: Absentee bidding ends 5:00pm EST on Friday, March 29, 2019.
