This is the version with the flat sole with decorative floral casting on top, patent date cast ahead of throat, shown in Figure 123 of PTAMPIA I. Very unusual to find these in the 16" jack size; the jointer is more common. 2-1/4" Moulson Bros double cutter that's probably a replacement and wedge a little loose, wood and metal otherwise very clean.
