B66-239 LOT OF TWO SCRAPERS. Samuel C. Tatum. Both with the toggle locking mechanism on the rear of the cutter, patented in 1884 by John Keiser and assigned to Tatum. Both tools are unmarked, one of the cutters is marked with the Keiser patent date and Tatum's name. Lamond, Figure 8/26. One has hanghole; japanning 50% on each. From the collection of Harold Unruh.
