B65-616 INTERCHANGEABLE SOLE PLANE. Multiform Plane Co. Thomas Worrall invented this interchangeable tote that could be attached to different plane bottoms in 1854 and manufactured it himself through the Multiform Plane Co., but he also licensed it to Ohio Tool. This is the earlier style tote with a single slot (PTAMPIA 1, Figure 31). Four bodies, including two hollows (1" and 2"), and two side beads (1/4" double boxed, and 3/16" with solid boxing). The 1/4" bead is marked by Ohio Tool, the other three by Multiform. The boxing on the small bead is worn down but the remaining bodies are clean. Good+ 150-300
