B65-475 DRAFTING TOOL Kimber Cleaver Protractor. Brass, 5-1/4" square, with an inner divided circle with fine vernier adjustment and four spring-loaded marking pins. Cleaver was a preeminent mining engineer in the Pennsylvania coal region who is credited with a number of inventions and innovations, but apparently held no patents.
