B65-383 HOOF PICK HAMMER. Stout Patent. Not marked but closely resembles Stout's 1870 patent as manufactured by C.S. Osborne. Unfolds to 6" long with a hoof pick at one end and snow knocker at the other. Nickel plating starting to wear at the pick end, otherwise very clean. From the collection of David Jeffers. Good+ 50-100
