B65-371 COMBINATION WAGON WRENCH AND OILER. Moore Patent. Patented by William Moore of Burton, OH, in 1874, with an improved version patented in 1898, it consists of a wagon nut wrench with spring-activated jaws and an integral oil can so you can oil the nuts while tightening (or loosening). It's hard to imagine why anyone would have thought this was a good idea, and it looks like the oil can would've leaked like a sieve, but a handful have survived.
