It looks like the No. 6-1/2 nonadjustable block plane (see the catalog in Figure 261 of PTAMPIA II), with the toe cut off to make a bullnose, but there's no sign of a cut and if a user did it he did a very neat job. 4" sole, 1-1/2" cutter, some overall corrosion with light pitting on sole.
