B65-271 GRAVITY INCLINOMETER. Edward Helb. Patented and manufactured in Railroad, PA, often mistaken for a railroad tool, this was one of the more successful gravity inclinometers judging by the number that have survived. This is the version with the porthole vial, the dial is very clean, one crack in the stock. Compass may be a replacement. Good 125-250
