B65-240 ADJUSTABLE SPOKESHAVE. L. Bailey Victor No. 41. Based on Bailey's 10/3/76 patent which was actually for a box scraper, it featured an open handle and a cutter secured by an turnscrew bolt pressing against it from the rear. Original marked cutter and the patent date is cast on either side of the throat. From the collection of Ray Schmidt. Good+ 60-120
