B65-213 MODERN MAKER. Figural Plumb Bob. Plated brass, 3" long, in the shape of a jockey with a riding helmet. Marked "PNTC 2016" and used as awards for displays at the Pacific Northwest Tool Collectors' 2016 Best in the West meet, but not the official meet favor. Mint in original packaging with a thread to hang it. Fine 100-200
