For the last production run of the No. 2 in 1955, Stanley decided, apparently for the heck of it, to add an extra inch to the sole, making it 8 inches. This example has an orange rectangle kidney lever cap and notched rectangle cutter. Orange is 80% but nickel on lever cap otherwise good, wood has some scrapes but no damage, metal has oxidation but no rust or pitting. Good+ 250-500
