B64-683. CROSSCUT SAW. Disston & Son No. 7. Nice early version of Disston's first saw made when Hamilton was the only "son" in the business. 26" blade, 7 tpi, good nib, clear etch. 1" inset medallion, four split nuts. Besides the Disston etch, blade is marked "Made for Geo. M. Steinman & Co., Lancaster Pa." There's a split in the handle that runs through the medallion, otherwise near fine. Condition: Good+, Estimate: 80-160
