B64-528. STRAPPED HAMMER. Bailey & Wolcott. 5" face with shallow claw, 11-1/2" original handle, firmly attached, hanghole. Bailey & Wolcott made hammers and edge tools in Connecticut from 1847 through 1849; all but the "TT" of Wolcott's name is worn off. From the collection of Hank Allen. Condition: Good+, Estimate: 80-160
