B64-216. RATCHETING WAGON WRENCH. Unmarked but looks manufactured and maybe patented. Two separate ratcheting gears to tighten or loosen, 17" long. Wooden handle is worn and tool is rusty but working smoothly. From the collection of Cecil Holmes. Condition: Good, Estimate: 60-120
