B64-147. STEEL BACKSAW. H. Disston. Earliest Disston saw with optimistic eagle medallion, split nuts, applewood handle with no chipping to horns. 14" blade, very clean, no etch. The book says that 1840s era backsaws didn't have medallions, and yet here it is. Condition: Fine, Estimate: 200-400
