York2024-227. POCKET RAILROAD COMPASS. W. & L.E. Gurley. Gurley's No. 285 compact railroad compass, no serial number, 3-1/2" needle with circular lifting lever, silvered dial, box includes jacobs staff mount and two needles (not sure of function), plumb bob missing, original paper label in lid. Very clean. From the collection of Chuck Morgan. Fine 500-1000
