York2024-31. OFFICE TOOL. Wing Mailer. Invented by Chauncey Wing of Greenfield MA in 1894 to attach mailing labels and still being manufactured today. Brass, 13" long, looks complete and functional but you'll need to put some mailing labels in it to be sure. Marked on the side as having been used by "Dr. Miles Medical Co. Agents", as well as with the patent information. Good 50-100
