B-178. LOT OF TWO CAM-LOCKING MARKING GAUGES. Star Tool. Patented by Wessel Brodhead in 1868 but more commonly identified with Star Tool, the exclusive manufacturer. Both are rosewood, one is the mortise gauge version with adjustable internal screw, the other the plain marking gauge. Both have two brass wear strips in head and Star Tool mark, a little faint on the mortise gauge. Good+ 80 - 150 **All absentee bids must be submitted by end of day Friday, Nov. 1st.
