The claimed improvement is for the design of the vent on the side to allow steam to escape and permit draining of liquids. 12" in diameter, with the tag attached by its original ribbon (there's a chunk missing but most of the name and the patent number are present, and it's broken in half but both halves included) plus a second tag that has picture glued to it and a third showing that it was part of the collection auctioned by O.
