B-056 BOW. Streeter Patent. Patented in 1879 by one Nelson Streeter of Groton, NY, it consists of a steel bow with a notch to hold the arrow and a wooden handle to steady it and "prevent the recoil of the string from injuring the hand." It doesn't seem to have caught on as this is the only one we've ever seen. 22" long, nickel plating mostly intact. You'll need to provide your own bowstring (and arrows).Good+ 150-250 NOTE: Absentee bidding ends 5:00pm EST on Friday, March 29, 2019.
